Our Project Manager- Exterior Home Improvement manages renovation or construction projects from start to finish. They ensure the project is run and completed efficiently, profitably, safely, and timely. They ensure that owners get good value for their money and have a great experience.

  • A minimum of 3- to 5 years of proven experience in Project Management within the home improvement industry or a related field is required. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field in lieu of experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience or education in assessing, measuring, and providing estimates within the home improvement is preferred.
  • A valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record is required. A company vehicle will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the owner's vision for the project and measure that vision against the contract and job notes then develops a plan to complete the project: within the agreed timeframe; and within budget.
  • Measures the job, coordinates scheduling with the customer, coordinates obtaining any necessary permits, orders any necessary materials, places purchase orders, and confirms receipt / delivery of material prior to scheduling installation, and plans for a safe work site.
  • Schedules labor (subcontractors or employees), recruits, trains, retains, and manages the labor force (employees / subcontractors) needed for the department.
  • Keeps the owner updated on the project's status, answers questions, and ensures all stakeholders are on the same page.
  • Manages and oversees labor, employees and subcontractors, job site safety, all necessary paperwork, and ensures project stays within budget.
  • Ensures the project is aligned with agreed-upon plans and confirms compliance with any and all local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
  • Confirms installations meet or exceed: manufacturers’ recommendations; industry standard; contract requirements; customer expectations; and WeatherPro Exteriors Inc. standards.
  • Accurately updates job costing / pricing information for commission chargebacks.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
