In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, presenting solutions that meet their needs while achieving personal and company sales goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and enjoy unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inside or direct sales is required, preferably within the home services industry.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience assessing, measuring, and providing estimates within the home improvement is preferred.
- Must be available to work both evenings and weekends in addition to the full-time 1st shift work schedule.
- A valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record is required. A company vehicle will be provided.
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales consultations with prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Consistently close sales with an average of $20,000+ per transaction.
- Generate and manage leads through self-driven initiatives and company-provided opportunities.
- Stay organized by maintaining accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Compensated to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
