Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Customer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting, confirming, and rehashing all sales appointments, conducting quality assurance reviews, and managing incoming calls to dispatch to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years proven experience in an inside sale, customer service, or similar role is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Management:
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments with potential and existing customers.
- Rehash appointments to ensure all details are accurate and clear.
- Follow up on appointments to maximize conversion rates and ensure customer satisfaction,
Customer Communication:
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments within the company.
- Perform outbound call campaigns to existing and prospective customers
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Complete Quality assurance calls and schedule rehash appointments
